1. Where are our canvases produced?

In order to be able to guarantee our high standards of quality and short shipping times, we naturally opted for production Made in Germany .

2. What payment methods do we offer?

You can pay securely with us using the following payment methods:

PayPal, Klarna purchase on account, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofortüberweisung and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)

3. Is my payment secure?

All your data is transmitted via a secure SSL-encrypted connection and is not stored on our server. This procedure protects your data in the best possible way.

4. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Of course, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided immediately after your order has been completed. If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us using our contact form

It's best to also check your spam folder to see if the confirmation accidentally ended up here.

5. How long does delivery take?

• DE & Austria free standard shipping: 4-6 working days
• DE & Austria express delivery with surcharge: 2-4 working days
• Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days

The shipment will be delivered by GLS, DHL or DPD.

For payments with Klarna (instant transfer), there may be an additional processing time due to the allocation of the payments by Klarna.

6. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany and Austria is free of charge.

Standard shipping to Norway / Switzerland: €14.95

Standard shipping to the rest of the EU: €8.99

7. Where do we deliver?

8. How can I hang my canvases?

With every canvas picture you get a comprehensive hanging set for free!
All you need is a hammer or cordless drill/screwdriver.

There are 3 ways to hang your canvas:

1. The most popular variant: hit the nail in the wall. Drill 2 small screws with the toothed holder in the middle (!) of the stretcher frame and then hang the canvas with the attached toothed holder on the nail.

2. Drive both nails into the wall (measure the correct distance beforehand). Drill both triangular eyelets with 2 small screws each on the stretcher frame and then hang them up on the nails.

3. Drive the nail into the wall (a little higher than the projected height of the canvas). Drill both triangular eyelets with 2 small screws each on the stretcher frame and loosely stretch the thread between them. Then hang the canvas on the thread on the nail.

9. How can I change or cancel my order?

In order to keep improving, your feedback is very important to us. We would be pleased if you could tell us briefly what the problem is or what does not meet your expectations. Together we always find a solution :)

To cancel an order, please contact us via the as soon as possible contact form . Be sure to include your order number.

The cancellation of your order will then be confirmed to you by email. An order can be canceled as long as it is not being processed.

10. How can I submit a complaint?

Unfortunately, something went wrong with your order, you are not satisfied with a product and would like to exchange it? No problem!

Simply send us an email using our contact form and add your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive all other necessary information by email. You can return your product to us within 14 days.

As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund you the full purchase amount as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can order your new canvas as normal via the shop.

11. What if the canvases are wrong or broken?

If you have been sent a wrong or broken canvas, please contact us within 7 days. To ensure a smooth refund, provide us with your order number, photos of the broken canvas, and any relevant information about the product you received. We will do our best to solve everything as soon as possible.
